Join Crossfit Assateague Thanksgiving Morning at the Ocean PInes South Gate Pond / Veterans Memorial Park to burn some calories and support Town Cats!

Adults - $15 plus optional Cat Supply Donation
Children 13 years or older - $10 plus Optional Cat Supply Donation
Children 12 or younger - Free
8 a.m. to 8:45 - Sign In
8:45 am - Warm up
9 am - Fun Run/Walk
Families, Kids and Pets Welcome!
Run/Walk will consist of 3 laps around the pond with several optional exercise stations during the lap.

Friskies Canned Cat Food - Turkey Pate (Dollar Tree / Dollar General)
Clumping Cat Litter - Walmart or any Pet Stor
Purina One Kitten Food - Petco, Petsmart, Chewy or Amazon
Gas Cards for Spay and Neuter Runs
